Spicy Baked Fish

Spicy Baked Fish

Serves 4

1 lb. Fish filets
2 Tbsp. Light mayonnaise
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/8 tsp. Cayenne
Paprika

  • Preheat oven to 500° F.
  • Rinse fish and pat dry.
  • In small dish combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne.
  • Lay fish in oblong baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread mayonnaise mixture over fillets.
  • Marinate 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
