Package Rates Include:
• 3 to 4 Nights Accommodations at Selected Hotel
• All Hotel Taxes
• Big Easy Visitors Guide
• Loge Level Ticket to 1 Night's Concert (your choice)
Payment Terms:
• All Packages booked require a $100.00 per person non-refundable deposit
• Final Payment is Due April 2, 2007
• Any received deposit is non refundable
• All reservations are non-cancelable
• If a payment is not received by stated deadline, reservation will be cancelled and all prior payments are non refundable
• By booking your reservation, you thus authorize auto draft payment's for said percentage balances on payment due dates
• If a payment is not received by stated deadline, reservation will be cancelled and all prior payments are non refundable
• Destination Management are not responsible for overdraft, over limit, or other charges incurred by your bank or credit card provide
• Destination Management does not guarantee seat assignments.
• Tickets are mailed by DHL with travel documents approximately 1-2 weeks prior arrival.
