Total Compensation

At Hospitality Enterprises, we know that it is important to balance a successful career with a healthy lifestyle involving family, friends, and community. We offer our employees a total compensation package that far exceeds the value of their base salary alone and helps employees achieve that balance.  Insurance benefits are available to full-time employees first of the month following 60 days of employment. Insurance Benefits include Medical, Vision, Prescription and Dental Coverage, Voluntary Life/(AD&D) Insurance, and Short- and Long-Term Disability. Full-time employees are eligible for Sick Time and Vacation. Once the employee completes their 90-day probationary period, they receive 40 hours of Sick time. After the first year of employment, the employee is eligible for 40 hours of Vacation. After three years of employment, the employee is eligible for an additional 40 hours for a total of 80 hours of Vacation time. We also offer six paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Mardi Gras Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
